Site Supervisor for Restoration and Mitigation
ServiceMaster is looking for candidates with construction or restoration experience.
ServiceMaster provides emergency services for damage caused by water and fire.
We clean and remediate property losses which oftentimes requires demolition.
Most of our clients are insurance carriers that require the crew to follow specific protocols and for the job to be properly documented.
The candidate will be onsite to perform work and manage crews for all types of Disaster Restoration jobs including water, fire, mold and sewage.
They will complete all required paperwork daily and work with the field manager to ensure proper billing.
Problem solving skills a must.
Some nights and weekends will be required but will be scheduled in advance.
Must haves:
experience managing crews, physically able, experience in construction or restoration/ mitigation, availability some nights and weekends, positive attitudePluses:
IICRC certification, insurance experience, experience with MICA, Dash or XactimateIf you enjoy making a difference and feeling a sense of satisfaction with your work, please send a resume.
Compensation based on experience.
Compensation:
o Competitive hourly wage o No limit on overtime o Bonuses for working after-hours emergency jobs o Seven paid holidays yearly o Earn up to six paid vacation days in your first year o 401k with additional 3% contribution from company after one year o Supplemental
